From your very first contact with our office, you will discover a level of service that includes:
1. Prompt personal attention to your request. Office hours are 8 am – 4 pm, but calls are forwarded and monitored after hours, weekends and holidays to assist with emergency requests.
2. Each request for service is handled from beginning to end by the same person. You have one contact to handle all your needs and questions.
3. Services can be provided any day, any time. We have interpreters working 24/7.
4. You will receive a confirmation on every request including the name of the assigned interpreter(s), costs, etc.
5. Our interpreters have been pre-screened and passed testing on ethics, professional demeanor/behavior and skills by our office staff and nationally by RID (Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf www.rid.org).
6. Our interpreters adhere to the professional Code of Conduct as outlined by Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf http://www.rid.org/ethics/code/index.cfm
